Seriously uplifting video calling to bring Joseph Rao Kony, a particularly dangerous Ugandan guerrilla leader, to justice. It has been launched by the non-profit group Invisible Children, who wants to raise awareness over his crimes and to force US troops already in the region to help the Ugandan army to capture the warlord.
However, serious concerns have been raised about the initiative. The Ugandan army is notoriously known for committing politically motivated crimes, and further interest of US troops in the region are unclear.
